Insulation: In the high-temperature area of the firing chamber, SUS304 stainless steel anchors are used to fix high-purity silicon acid aluminum fiber compressed blocks. A layer of lightweight insulation bricks weighing 1.0 is added to the bottom of the furnace. The design thickness of the high-temperature area insulation wool is 300mm, the medium-temperature area is 250mm, and the low-temperature area is 100mm. The surface of the furnace bottom is covered with lightweight insulation bricks, and the sides and top are covered with compressed silicon acid aluminum fiber blocks from Sanmenxia, which are anchored by stainless steel nails.
Hot air curtain: A total of 6 sets of hot air curtain machines are installed at the entrances and exits of the firing chamber, all of which use single air curtain structures and are made of 310/304# heat-resistant stainless steel.
The bearing seat of the fan is water-cooled to effectively protect the bearing from the heat transfer at high temperatures.
