This equipment is a wall-mounted bracket welding machine, designed for whole wall-mounted brackets. It performs straight seam welding on the outer edge of the bracket. This equipment adopts a cross-line structure, with the inner chamber conveyed by the conveyor line to the position of the material rack. The material rack lifts the inner chamber and the operator then positions and clamps the bracket before welding.
For different diameter workpieces, the water pipe positioning device needs to be adjusted. For workpieces of different lengths, the position of the bracket support also needs to be adjusted. The bracket mold can be adjusted to the corresponding position by screw.
